HOW MANY INVITES SHOULD I ORDER?

I recommend that you order 1 invitation per household, with a few extras just in case. It’s better to print more upfront - if you need a couple more printed at a later date, it is more costly due to minimum quantity restrictions.

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED?

100GSM White envelopes are included as complimentary with Invitations, Save the Dates and Thank you cards. If you would prefer, coloured, premium or metallic envelopes (available for an additional fee) let me know at the ordering stage.

CAN YOU SEND ME A SAMPLE, PLEASE?

Sure thing! You can fill in a form here we will send you an invoice once its paid we will pop your chosen sample in the post.

CAN I HAVE ADDITIONAL ITEMS CREATED TO FIT WITH ONE OF THE PRE-DESIGNED COLLECTIONS?

Absolutely! Table plans, orders of service, place names, menus, signage - it can all be designed to match! Please just email me for a quote.

IS YOUR STUFF JUST FOR WEDDINGS?

No sir! Although I am primarily marketed at weddings, my stationery can be turned into event stationery for any modern, creative celebration - I love them all! 

DO YOU MAKE BESPOKE ORDERS?

YES! This service is a start-to-finish bespoke design, made to fit the colours, theme, and vision of your day. We’ll start with a chat to find out what you like (and don’t like), and thus what you’d like included. I then go away, design a range of options and send to you for approval. Once the tweaks you’ve suggested have been made and a final design has been chosen, it goes off to print!

We also offer add ons such as fringing, tassels, as well as a range of papers from uncoated to seeded - essentially, we can make it whatever you want to be. If you’ve got the ideas, I’ve got the knowhow to bring it into real life. And even if you don’t have the ideas - if you’re finding it hard to decide what style of stationery you want, or none are sitting quite right with you - then this option works perfectly for you too. 

The save the date or invite will set the visual tone, and from there we can work that same feeling into all of your on-the-day stationery.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?

All items are made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks (longer for confetti filled items) after proof approval to get your hands on your stationery if you’re in the UK - international orders may take longer than this, depending on location.

This estimate assumes required information is received promptly and there are no delays in proof feedback.

I DON’T LIVE IN THE UK CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Of course! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on weight of the items and your location which will be calculated before items go to print.

WHEN SHOULD I ENQUIRE ABOUT ORDERING MY STATIONERY?

We recommend reaching out to us as soon as you know you would like You Me Oui to design your stationery. Our schedule can get booked up months in advance.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Payment is via bank transfer or paypal for orders outside the UK either in full or with a 50% deposit - the remaining balance is then settled before the items go to print.
