TERMS OF SERVICE
When you decide to choose You Me Oui to design your stationery, you are accepting the following terms of service.
When you choose me, I require a 30% deposit to secure your order. Once I have started the design process and the designs have been approved, I require an additional 50% payment to begin printing. The remaining 20% payment will be due before we ship your completed order to you. Items will only be dispatched when the final balance for the order has been paid and cleared.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made via the website.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Sometimes plans change or you change your mind. Incase this happens my refund policy is as follows:
If the design process has not yet begun (even if you have provided your wording/colour details), you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Once the design process has begun (e.g I’ve started work on your proof) no refunds will be accepted with the wedding stationery being made-to-order.
PROOFING
Proofs of your order will be emailed to you for your approval. Final proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. Colours may vary depending on the screen you are using we suggest checking the designs on a computer as well at your phone.
We will ask for approval of your digital proofs, once we receive your email saying you ‘approve’ this will be classed as a written contract. Refunds will not be given due to spelling mistakes, wrong address, or date changes etc.
POSTPONEMENT
If you have to postpone your wedding we can put your order on hold the deposit will be kept until you are ready to re-order your stationery.
PRICING
Prices of all items across the site are subject to change without advance notice. Any price increase will not effect confirmed orders that have been secured with a deposit.
