Terms of Service
When you decide to choose You Me Oui to design your stationery, you are accepting the following terms of service.
When your order is confirmed, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required the remainder is due before the items go to print. Items will only be dispatched when the final balance for the order has been paid and cleared.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made via bank transfer the details will be on the invoice.
If you don’t live in the UK and can’t make a bank transfer a Paypal payment can be made.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable should an order be cancelled after the final proof has been signed off.
Should an order cancellation be required prior to proof sign off, as long as nothing has been printed we won’t require further payment but the deposit with still be non-refundable.
We regret that refunds can only be made when the items are damaged or the quality is not up to customer expectation as agreed at the final proof stage or does not match the printed proof you signed off.
PROOFING
Proofs of your order will be emailed to you for your approval. Final proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. Colours may vary depending on the screen you are using we suggest checking the designs on a computer as well at your phone.
We will ask for approval of your digital proofs and once approval has been given a printed proof (for stationery suites only) will be posted to you once we receive your email saying you ‘approve’ this will be classed as a written contract. Refunds will not be given due to spelling mistakes, wrong address, or date changes etc.
POSTPONEMENT
If you have to postpone your wedding we can put your order on hold the deposit will be kept until you are ready to re-order your stationery.
PRICING
Prices of all items across the site are subject to change without advance notice. Any price increase will not effect confirmed orders that have been secured with a deposit.
